Hello and welcome! This guided meditation is a body-and-heart somatic awareness practice, designed to support grounding, especially during times of emotional challenge. When we bring gentle awareness to our body and our heart, we reconnect with the present moment and create space for emotions to soften and transform. Somatic awareness is deeply healing because it allows us to feel more rooted, safe, and present in our own being. By honoring both the body and the heart, we give ourselves permission to rest in wholeness rather than resistance.
