Hello and welcome.
This is Klea and this is a guided presence meditation.
It is perfect to help you feel your feelings and be here and now.
During this meditation we will be focusing into feeling our feelings,
Fully present in this moment,
Bringing awareness and attention,
Full undivided attention to our feelings.
You can do this with your eyes closed or open.
Just notice your body,
Turn your awareness inward.
We are together.
It is safe to feel your feelings.
It is safe to let them be.
Take a deep breath,
Gentle deep breath.
Let it out,
Bringing the awareness to the breath and imagining the breath regenerating the body as we find a small piece of relaxation in the rhythm of our breath,
Of our deep gentle breaths.
It is safe to feel.
You are safe in this moment.
You are in an adult body with friends,
Tools and allies that will help you get through whatever you are experiencing right now.
This too will pass,
Like it did every time you felt very uncomfortable feelings.
This too will pass,
Just like every difficult moment you have experienced so far.
For now,
Let's bless ourselves with our own presence,
With our own compassion and love and acceptance of our emotions and ourselves,
Just like we are,
Just like we are meant to be.
And remember,
You add to the world by being yourself,
By being here now,
By being present.
Give to yourself the same gift of presence and acceptance.
You deserve it.
