When you’re feeling angry, listen to this calming meditation. Anger is not a bad thing, but it can be pretty annoying when you’re feeling stuck in it, or when you’re experiencing it more often than you’d like. This grounding and calming meditation will help you dissipate the anger, feel relief, and bring you closer to yourself again. This is a calmer and longer version of the Manifestor meditation from Kirsten’s Insight Timer course “Human Design: Guide To Your Energetic Blueprint”. Of course, this meditation is for anyone who wants to release anger, no matter your Human Design energy type. Music: Gaia (with ocean waves) by Chris Collins

Make sure that you're comfortable,

And close your eyes,

And focus on your breathing.

Feel the air flowing in and out of your body,

And if you notice that you're still breathing high in your chest,

You can place a hand on your belly,

Or both hands,

To help you breathe deeper into your belly,

And to help you slow down your breathing.

Breathe deeply and slowly,

Allowing your body to relax more and more.

Then you imagine that you're walking on the beach.

You feel your feet touch the sand,

And you feel the sunshine on your face.

It's a lovely day,

And it's a really calm place to be.

You walk towards the water,

And you stand near the water,

And focus on your body for a moment.

Where do you see a light,

And where do you see some dark places from anger?

Where did you put that energy,

Where did it stay stuck in your body?

Breathe deeply and slowly,

And look at yourself from a distance.

And maybe you don't see it,

But you feel it in your body.

Feel where that anger is stuck,

And feel your feet sink deeper and deeper into the sand,

Helping you to feel more and more connected with the earth,

And you feel the water flowing over your feet,

Coming and going,

And you hear the sound of the waves,

And feel the refreshing energy of the water,

And feel how it refreshes your energy.

And see or feel the anger flowing from your energy to the water.

Feel or see it flow into the water.

Seventy percent of your body is water,

And the anger easily flows away.

You are connected with the earth and with the water in the sea,

And the sea takes away your anger.

And keep breathing deeply and slowly,

And feel or see how your anger flows away,

Leaving your body,

Leaving your energy.

In the big sea,

In all that water,

That little bit of anger doesn't matter,

Even if for you it's a lot of anger.

So don't worry about the sea or about the water,

Just let it go.

And the water is also healing,

Yes,

Also for your anger.

So in the water,

It's being transformed into pure positive energy.

So let it flow.

Know that it's okay.

It's time to let go.

And notice how without that anger your body feels lighter,

How your energy feels lighter.

The water has cleared and cleansed your energy.

And with that wonderful light feeling,

You walk a little bit on the beach.

Feeling your feet touch the warm sand,

And feeling the sunshine on your face.

Walk slowly and peacefully.

And breathe deeply and slowly.

Then with that calm and light feeling,

And maybe a smile on your face,

It's time to slowly come back to the here and now.

To the place where you're lying or sitting.

And slowly you start moving a little with your hands and your feet.

And when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes.
