Rainbow Meditation Sit or lie down and close your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
Then you go with your attention to your breath.
Just observe how your breath is in this moment.
If you feel that it's still a little high,
You can place a hand on your belly to help your breath get deeper and slower.
While you're lying or sitting like this,
You feel that you become calmer and more and more relaxed.
Breathe slowly and deeply,
Relaxing more and more.
Now imagine that you are walking in a wonderful field.
This field is filled with beautiful flowers in all the colors of the rainbow.
You feel that with every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.
Just keep walking,
Slowly and peacefully,
Feeling more grounded with every step you take and enjoying the beauty and abundance of flowers and colors around you.
The sun is shining and you feel the energy of the sun filling you up with positive feelings and you feel the warmth of the sun touching your skin.
Walking like that through the beautiful field,
Feeling connected with the earth and feeling the sun touching your face,
You feel more and more relaxed.
Then you notice that a little bit further,
There is a beautiful rainbow.
You look at the rainbow and it really looks magical.
It is so beautiful and you can't stop looking at it.
You walk towards the rainbow.
Slowly you come closer and the closer you get to this beautiful rainbow,
The more you start feeling the magical energy.
Once you arrive at the rainbow,
You decide to step into this magical energy,
Into the colors of the rainbow.
And when you step into the rainbow,
You feel the magic even more.
You feel this magical tingling energy in your body and you feel that the colors of the rainbow are balancing the energy of your chakras.
Just let the rainbow,
The energy of the rainbow do its work and let it balance all your chakras.
Slowly,
One by one.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly,
Feeling the magic and the sparkles of the rainbow,
The magic and the energy of the colors of the rainbow.
And feeling how your chakras,
One by one,
Feel more balanced.
And you feel that the more your chakras are balanced,
The more you feel energized.
And you look at the beautiful colors of the rainbow,
Feeling the magic and the sparkles.
Feeling it touching your body and your energy.
Clearing out all negativity that you carry with you,
That you picked up from others during your day.
All the sparkles are making your energy fresh again.
Totally fresh and super positive.
And then,
When all your chakras are balanced by the beautiful energy of the rainbow,
You still stay in the rainbow for a little while.
Letting the energy of the rainbow fill you even more.
With sparkles,
With magic,
With positive loving energy.
Filling you up from the tips of your toes to the top of your head.
Letting you feel buzzing with new energy.
And then,
It's time to step out of the rainbow.
You have been filled with this energy and all your chakras are balanced.
For now,
There is nothing more the rainbow can do for you.
And with this wonderful feeling,
This lovely energy that you now have,
You walk through the field again.
Still feeling the connection with the earth with every step that you take.
And still feeling buzzing with energy and sparkles and magic.
Now take this wonderful feeling with you,
When you now slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly start moving a little with your hands and your feet.
And then,
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
