New Moon Intention Setting Meditation I'd like to invite you to make sure that you are really comfortable.
Feel what's the best position for you to relax.
Maybe you can change your position just a little and relax even more.
And let's just arrive here in this moment.
Feel the energy of your body.
Feel the energy of your body.
Feel how your body touches the bed or the sofa or the chair.
And feel how your body is supported.
And for a moment forget about your to-do list or your grocery list.
And don't worry about what happened today or things that you need to do today.
Just be here and relax.
And if you have thoughts coming up in your head,
Don't judge yourself.
It's okay.
We have so many thoughts in a day,
They're not just going to magically disappear at once.
But know that you don't have to do anything with them.
You can let them fly by like clouds passing by.
You can observe them and acknowledge them.
But don't give them any more attention.
And now start to focus on your breathing.
Just observe how your breath goes in and out of your body.
If you notice that it's a little high in your chest or maybe a little rushed,
You can place a hand or both hands on your belly to help your breathing get deeper and slower.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
And then you imagine that you're walking in a magical forest.
It's night,
But the stars are shining bright and there are many lights in the forest.
You see lovely,
Magical lights hanging in the trees.
It gives the forest such a magical,
Wonderful look.
Just walk here slowly and peacefully,
Feeling how your feet touch the ground.
Feeling more grounded with every step you take.
The more you walk in the forest,
The calmer you feel.
It's as if with every step you take,
You're leaving more stress and worries behind you.
As if the trees and the forest are helping you to let them go.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly and walking calmly and peacefully.
Enjoying the magical energy of the forest.
Enjoying the beautiful lights surrounding you.
Then you arrive at an open space in the forest.
There are many lights here as well,
But you also see the beautiful night sky and the stars shining bright.
You see the new moon,
Even if it's not shining.
You can see it up in the sky.
And you can feel its energy.
You stand there for a moment,
Feeling your feet touch the ground,
Smelling that lovely scent of the forest,
And enjoying this calm moment for yourself.
And then you see an old wooden desk with a chair.
And you walk towards it.
And there you see a piece of magical paper and a magical pen.
You sit down on the chair and as you do so,
You feel a tingling sensation go through your body.
This chair is here for you.
And so is this desk.
And the pen and paper.
Now take the pen and use it to write down your intentions.
Maybe you want to write a story.
Maybe you just want to write a few words.
Or maybe you'd like to make a drawing.
Use this magical pen and this magical paper and put your intentions on this paper.
And as you do so you notice that this pen is not using ink.
No,
It's using light.
Your intentions are appearing on this magical paper in bright light.
When you're done,
You take the piece of paper and you stand up again.
And you continue walking through the forest,
Enjoying the lights and the magical energy of the trees.
Feeling your feet touch the ground with every step you take.
Keep walking slowly and peacefully and breathing deeply and slowly.
And then you see a beautiful tree that's bigger and different from the other trees.
This is a special tree as it's connected with the energy of the moon.
You walk towards the tree and you feel a magical energy radiating from that tree.
And as you come closer you see there's a little hole in the trunk.
And you feel that that's where you have to put your intentions.
The paper that you're carrying with you.
You can put it in this magical tree.
And as your intentions are being placed in the tree,
They are being absorbed by the tree,
Making it grow bigger.
And connecting your intentions to the energy of the tree and the energy of the moon.
It's now time to let go and trust that your intentions will come true.
And then you start walking again.
Feeling confident about your intentions.
And feel how your feet touch the ground,
Helping you to feel grounded and more and more relaxed.
Just keep walking,
Enjoying the lights and the magical look of this forest.
Enjoying the energy of the trees surrounding you.
Feeling calmer with every step you take.
Calmer and more peaceful.
And with a deep inner knowing that what you wish can come true.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you're lying or sitting.
Slowly you start moving with your hands and your feet.
Maybe you'd like to stretch.
And then when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
