Make sure that you're comfortable and close your eyes.
Now focus on your breathing.
Just observe how your breath flows in and out of your body.
Observe without judgement.
And if you notice that you're breathing a little quickly or maybe high in your chest,
You can place a hand or both hands on your belly to help you slow down your breathing and to breathe deeper into your belly.
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Allowing your body to relax more and more.
And then you imagine that you're walking in a beautiful field.
You look around and you see beautiful nature,
Plants,
Trees,
Flowers,
Maybe animals.
Just walk there for a moment,
Feeling your feet touch the ground,
Smelling that earthy scent of nature.
And you feel the sunshine on your face.
You feel that with every step you take,
You feel more grounded and more and more relaxed.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly and enjoy this relaxing moment.
Enjoy the beautiful nature around you and enjoy the calm feeling inside of you.
A little further you see a beautiful lake.
You walk towards the lake and you enjoy this amazing view.
The water looks crystal clear and nature is just stunning here.
When you come closer to the lake you see that the water looks very inviting.
And then you go into the water and it feels so nice and warm.
You feel how the water relaxes you more and more.
And slowly you walk through the water.
Then you lie down in the water and you float.
The water is carrying you.
It's as if the water is supporting you.
You feel safe and loved while you're being carried by the water.
Breathe deeply and slowly and feel how this relaxes you more and more.
Feel the water touching your body.
Feel how you're carried by the water.
And then you focus on the water around you.
And you focus on your energy.
You imagine your energy becoming bigger and bigger and bigger.
It's as if you are being dissolved in the water.
It's as if you are the water.
You are now the water.
And your pain dissolves in the water.
Your worries dissolve in the water.
Your stress dissolves in the water.
Now that you are the water,
Everything that's no longer serving you simply dissolves.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly.
You start pulling your energy closer to you again.
And closer and closer.
Slowly you are becoming you again.
Building your body up from the water.
Feeling solid again.
Without whatever it was that you dissolved in the water.
What was dissolved is gone.
Transformed by the water.
Transformed into pure positive energy.
And you are transformed.
You are built up anew from this positive energy.
Your energy flows through your body with ease.
You then get out of the water and slowly you walk through the field again.
Feeling your feet touch the ground.
Feeling grounded.
Feeling relaxed.
Feeling renewed.
Keep walking slowly and peacefully.
Breathing deeply and slowly.
And then it's time to slowly come back to the here and now.
To the place where you are lying or sitting.
Slowly you start wiggling your toes,
Moving your fingers.
And then slowly moving a little bit more with your hands and your feet.
And maybe you'd like to stretch your whole body.
Do what you feel that your body needs.
And then when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
