This practice is your soft landing place. Inside, you’ll slow the world down long enough to actually hear yourself again. Through gentle breathwork, somatic presence, and subtle energetic cues, you’ll guide your body out of survival mode and back into a state where clarity can finally find you. Think of this session as a reset for your system — a space where your breath unwinds the noise, your body remembers its own rhythm, and your inner world becomes spacious enough to hold what wants to come next. As you regulate, you create the internal safety that makes every other form of expansion possible. This is where your receiving starts. This is where your magnetism begins to rebuild itself from the inside out.

Hello,

My friend,

And welcome to Root to Rise.

My name is Kirby,

And whether we have met before or this is your first time hearing my voice,

I am so grateful that you're here.

This will be a three-part audio series designed to help you settle into your system,

To help you clear what's in the way,

And to help you open to what is meant for you.

These practices will follow the natural rhythm of transformation to regulate and feel safe in the body,

To release any subconscious blocks or beliefs that you don't deserve or are not ready to call in what you're desiring,

And to be able to hold and receive what you want.

In this first session,

You'll return to your baseline of safety,

That place where your body remembers how to soften,

How to land,

And how to feel supported.

In the second,

You'll gently unwind what's been held in your system,

The tension,

The stories,

And the old protective patterns that no longer match who you're becoming.

And in the third,

You'll shift into a somatically receptive state,

Connecting with that expanded version of who you already are,

But that version that feels more grounded,

More clear,

And more capable.

Each track is intentionally simple,

It's body-led,

And it's grounded in nervous system awareness.

My deepest hope is that these practices help you reconnect with your inner steadiness,

That inner rootedness,

Creating space for what is true for you,

And to help you rise into your life with more clarity,

More capacity,

And self-trust.

Whenever you're ready,

We'll begin.

Track number one,

Rooted in your body.

Take a moment to get comfortable in a seated or lying down position,

Or anywhere your body feels supported.

And as you settle in,

Let yourself land right here,

Gently closing your eyes and beginning to feel the weight of your body as it meets the surface beneath you.

Let yourself give just a little more of your weight to that support,

As if your body is saying,

I don't have to hold everything right now.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

And a long,

Gentle sigh out the mouth.

Another slow breath in,

And a long,

Easy breath out.

Begin by noticing three places where your body makes contact with support.

Maybe it's your seat,

The back of your body,

Your feet on the ground,

Or your hands,

Or even the back of your head.

Silently name these places to yourself.

Now notice the temperature of the air on your skin,

Resting gently as you continue to breathe.

And as you feel the rise and fall of your breath,

Just naturally moving through you.

Gently noticing any tiny movements that your body makes,

Without trying,

Without thinking,

Without figuring anything out.

Now place one hand wherever it naturally goes,

Your heart,

Your belly,

Your ribs.

Let your body feel that warmth,

Where your palm meets your skin.

Let it register,

I am here,

I am safe to slow down.

Nothing is expected of me in this moment.

Feel your breath moving beneath your hand as the body fills up your palm.

Notice the subtle expansion on your inhale,

And the soft release as you just let it all go.

Breathing in,

Feel that expansion.

Breathing out,

Allowing the exhale to be a little bit longer.

When we slow down our breath,

When we extend our exhale,

We tell our nervous system,

You can soften now.

Dropping into the body's rhythm,

Let your attention just settle on the natural movement of your breath.

No need to shape it,

No need to compare it,

No need to perfect it.

Just allow.

Notice the waves of your breath,

The quiet rhythm that has carried you through every season of your life.

And as you breathe,

Gently scan your body for anywhere that feels tense,

Or that feels like it's working.

There's no need to change it,

Just acknowledge it.

You might internally say,

I feel you,

I see you,

You get to be here.

You've been protecting me all along,

And I thank you.

With your next exhale,

Imagine your body setting down even just 1% of what you've been holding.

Just 1%.

Small shifts are still shifts.

And even moving in 1 degree,

Or 1%,

Can completely change the course of your life.

Feel into the weight of your bones as you create inner steadiness.

Your legs strong and rooted.

Your hips grounded and safe.

Your spine stacked,

Supported.

Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine,

Your feet,

Or wherever feels natural,

All the way down.

In a way that reminds your body of its own steadiness.

Let these roots anchor you into a sense of knowing that you're okay.

That you are held.

That you are here.

And here is right on time.

If the mind begins to drift,

Just gently guide it back to the feeling of contact.

Back to your breath.

Back to your hand on your body.

This is regulation.

Your system is remembering its own capacity to settle.

It gets to be easy.

And it gets to be simple.

Taking one deeper inhale to fill up all the way.

And then sigh it out fully.

Feel how different your body is now,

Already,

From when you began.

Even if the shift is subtle,

Trust it.

Your body always responds to presence.

Quietly repeat to yourself,

I can slow down.

It is safe to slow down.

My body knows how to return to the safety.

I am anchored here.

I am safe within myself.

Now take one final grounding breath in.

And a long,

Slow breath out.

Thanking yourself.

To show yourself that you're warm.

When you're ready,

Bring yourself back gently and slowly.

By noticing the sounds around you.

The air moves.

And the support that is always right beneath you.

Gently blinking your eyes open.

Rooted.

Steady.
