Breath in our bellies,

Breath in the back of our body just witnessing I love the simplicity mind wants something so complicated It's simple to just be witness the body breath Let's also bring our awareness to our fingertips and our palms That energy,

The life force,

The aliveness of the body can be felt in a tingling sensation Pulse of blood,

Tiny energetic pulse of synapses,

Nerve endings,

Talking This extraordinary electrical body We can include the sensations in our tailbone,

In our root chakra Whatever you can be aware of is enough in this moment but you can include awareness It can be on the breath and the sensations in the fingertips and through the tailbone And any other sensation that awareness can be aware of if there's a smell or a sound It's really taking time together in the field of each other to really enter this moment exactly as it is That's to savor the pleasure of sensation right now So let sensation really come in as pleasure,

Really give yourself permission to have the full pleasure of being here Just being,

Just being here,

There's an immense pleasure available to us You got to get way out of the way Receive that So If you get distracted,

If the story,

If the agenda,

If the pain body flares up,

We just return,

Just return to the breath So And just right here in this moment,

The sound,

The sensations is a quiet field Let awareness find that Awareness itself is capable,

It's not something you do So There's no urgency here You don't have to know You don't have to have a plan,

You don't have to have a habit,

Just right here This moment there is a quiet space,

There's a quiet field,

Awareness itself so capable Noticing,

It's it,

It's that simple It's not a doing It's a field,

It's a field that deeply includes you and your awareness already in this moment And awareness can be aware When awareness is aware,

What is that to just open to that?

Sometimes I say give yourself to that,

Want that Be willing to lean so deeply into it No urgency,

There's nowhere to be,

Nothing to get to Just wandering,

Let that awareness Explore silence,

Pure awareness,

Not the mind,

Not the agenda,

Just awareness itself Awareness has an endless capacity for depth Right here is where it's easy to just start to like hang out or revisit our thoughts This is that invitation right here to just lean into that awareness,

Let the awareness deepen into stillness Right now in the field of each other,

This beautiful presence amplified,

We have this gorgeous opportunity to just be still Stay so connected to this deep presence,

The deep silence of this moment that lives us What is it?

Let us begin to put the awareness on the body again,
