We're going to take three deep breaths together as we inhale from the nose,
Exhale from the mouth,
Releasing all the tensions,
All the stress that we've accumulated in our body,
And more importantly we're going to use our breath to connect to this moment,
This moment here and now,
Where we're just going to feel what's going on in our body.
As we inhale and exhale.
Wonderful.
And now we're going to scan our body using our attention.
We're going to bring all of our attention to our feet and slowly focus on all the sensations in our feet.
And we're going to start scanning our body going all the way up through our body from our feet to our head,
Just noticing what's going on.
Do we feel pain,
Tingling?
Are there any tensions?
Just observing what's going on on these different parts of our body.
So starting with our feet and our ankles,
Our calves,
And if we do feel any tension we're just going to again with our breath,
With our intention we're just going to fill it with light and just kind of start to release and feel the energy flow.
And the purpose of this exercise is just to kind of feel the energy flowing with great fluidity in our whole body.
So our calves,
Our knees,
Thighs,
Going up to our lower back,
Our intestines,
The stomach,
Our whole stomach,
Going up to our neck and shoulders.
And we just want to breathe and scan and feel the energy flow and wherever there's tension filling with light and we're feeling the energy flow in our entire body.
And once we've mastered that,
Once we've got that,
We're going to start to think about money and our relationship with money.
And we're going to see how that feels in our body.
And sometimes we have a very physical reaction when we think about money.
Sometimes the energy starts to block or feel a little bit more rigid in our shoulders or in our neck or sometimes in our diaphragm.
And so I just want you to observe what is going on?
What are the physical manifestations in your body when you think about money and your relationship with money?
And now we're going to do the exact same exercise we did before filling our body with light and movement.
And this time we're going to allow the energy of money to fill our bodies so that we feel that movement and that fluidity with the energy of money.
Not wanting to hold on to it,
Not letting it flow too fast,
Just allowing that constant flow in and out of your body of money and being okay with it and just allowing that to come into your life,
Flow out of your life in a very consistent way.
Because this is the flow of abundance.
This is what abundance feels like,
A constant flow of money,
Of energy.
And so we're going to start with our feet again and we're going to feel the energy in our feet and we're going to feel the energy and we're going to stand going up our body,
Our calves,
Our thighs,
Our hips,
All the way up our spine,
Our shoulders,
Our neck,
Our head.
And we're just going to allow that energy to flow with great fluidity,
With great vitality as we allow this energy of money to just flow through our entire body.
This is a beautiful exercise to remind us that everything should be in movement and that's the true meaning of abundance.
Stand as long as you need to in this energy.
Bring it all back into your heart.
Connect to the energy of your heart.
Feel the vitality,
The beauty of the energy in your heart.
Feel the gratitude of giving yourself this time and space to just be and feel what's going on in your body at this moment.
Feel the gratitude of letting this money energy flow through you.
And feel the love you have for yourself.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
