Hello and welcome to this festive sleep meditation.
I'm Kim Carmen Walsh and I'm delighted that you'll be joining me aboard the Magical Express.
Journeying tonight to the well-known school for witches and wizards.
There is absolutely nothing that you need to do.
Just lie back and listen.
Allowing yourself to experience a shift in sensations to a magical world.
A place where you can let go of all your worries and concerns before drifting into a deep and restorative sleep.
Should you need to wake during the night.

You will do so.
Tend to whatever needs your attention.
Return to bed and just by bringing your attention to the sensation of your body lying in your bed.

You will drift naturally and easily back to sleep.
Lying only at a time that you set for yourself.
Feeling bright,
Positive and refreshed.
So when you are ready.

Please make yourself comfortable in your bed.
Take a deep breath in.

A flurry of snowflakes gliding across the window pane.

You have just eaten the most scrumptious festive meal.

And on the table in front of where you sit.

You smell the delicious scent of your favourite hot drink.

How good it feels to leave the everyday behind.

To be transported into a world of magic and wonder.

Feeling relaxed.

And content.

Sleepy and happy.

You let go to deeper and deeper levels of relaxation.

There's nothing that you need to do.

The soft swaying movement of the train makes you feel as if you are being gently rocked to sleep.

The soothing movement as it sways softly from side to side.

Sinking deeper and deeper down into your bed.

Sleepier.

Shortly we will reach your destination for the night.

But again there is nothing you need to do.

I will begin to count down slowly.

And with each descending number you feel yourself drift deeper down into hypnosis.

Only to be opened in your dreams.

It is a present that will be revealed to you as you dream tonight.

It is something that is absolutely exclusive to you.

Perhaps an item.

A vision.

An insight.

Or an experience that is wished for by you.

Something that brings you a beautiful sense of well-being.
