I drifted off to sleep easily and slept deeply until morning. Waking 10 minutes before my alarm. My sleep app tells me I had just over 7 hours asleep with 2 hours in dream sleep and 2 hours in deep sleep! I’ll definitely listen to this one again! 🥰
