The warm lights from the different shops and street lamps cast a warm mystical glow on the cobbled street.

You can hear the tinkling sound of magic being performed in the wand and wizarding equipment shops.

The fragrant scent of comforting herbs drifts to you from the apothecary.

The happy atmosphere of the alley.

The healing scent of the herbs.

All these things help you to feel even more relaxed.

And the hand painted oriental wallpaper of elegant trees with small exotic birds flitting between the branches.

There are beautiful deep armchairs and a chaise large covered in cushions of oriental silk and design.

The fireplace is lit and you can hear the gentle crackle of the burning logs.

And feel the relaxing warmth of the fire.

Lovely visit to the spa for a magical body treatment head to toe. I have my h muscle tension, so a brief reminder to relax any tension would have been helpful. And lower volume of music too. Walking down the street alone was in the evening was somewhat fearful for me. Walking with a trusted friend would have been even better. I give these suggestions to make this meditation even better, not as criticism. A cup of hot aromatic tea as I entered the spa reception area helping me to further relax into the present moment as I sink deeply into the cushion of the chair, all tension draining out of me. Then, magically being in the massage bed Thank you for your loving service in creating this soothing meditation. May you be well. May you be safe from inner and outer danger.
