Hi, Kim. This is one of my favorite sleep meditations. I love the concept of an automated space ship traveling to a nebula so I can see the beauty of it. I like the off handed mention that for this trip we need to travel faster than the speed of light. I know that the rules of science are being broken during this trip, but I am able to suspend those things with my imagination. I am usually asleep by the time we view the meteor shower which is another reason I love this meditation.
