Allowing the sounds you hear to help you let go of your thoughts.

To let go of your day.

So when you are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Close your eyes.

And begin to relax.

Become aware of your body lying in your bed.

Noticing the sensation of your body relaxing.

Be aware of the music.

Should your attention wander away during this session.

So that it appears as if you are remaining in the same place.

While your dormitory comes closer.

The staircase descends in a spiral behind you.
