It is a meditation where you can take a retreat from the outside world and drift into a deep and restorative sleep.

It is possible that you will fall asleep very soon into listening and this is perfectly safe.
Should you need to wake during the night for any reason,

Attend to whatever needs attending and return to bed.
Just by bringing your attention to your body,
You will fall easily back to sleep.

Lying in your bed,
Preferably on your back,

As the other snowflakes continue to float lightly and slowly through the air about you.

And just ahead of you now there is a forest with a path that is lighted with flickering candles.

So continuing to walk slowly towards the forest.

You enter on the path.

Aware that this path is taking you deeper down into your subconscious mind.

You are safe and secure.

Feeling a sense of deep peace and tranquility.

The forest blanketed in snow has a magical quality.

A beautiful serenity and silence.

And this magical sleigh begins to move slowly.

Thankyou Kim. That meditation really helped me tonight. Just lately I've been struggling with my mental. So doing these meditations really do help with that. It helps to take my mind away for a few hours in the hope that I will be feeling better the next day. It sometimes works. Ut sometimes after sleeping I wake up still feeling tired and sleepy like perhaps I've not had enough sleep. But more than likely I have. It's probably my body and mind playing tricks on me.
