Let's get ready to bring more abundance into our lives.

Using our intention and our attention to reconnect us to a flowing abundance.

We begin as always by closing down our eyes.

And just breathe for a few moments.

Not having to change your breath but connecting to your breath exactly as you find it.

Feel your breath going in and going out through your nose.

Through two symmetrical nostrils,

Then your throat and through two symmetrical lungs and into your belly.

Hold this breath in for a few moments and then let it go as if letting go a balloon filled with helium soaring high.

As you slowly inhale,

Think about all the things that limit your life.

You may think of a person but instead think of it in terms of your relationship with that person or something that one of you may be holding back.

Remembering that the things in your life that limit you are ultimately all self-imposed,

All self-created,

Self-directed.

We get a choice to bring our attention to different things.

Whether they be people,

Jobs,

Money,

Relationships,

Health,

All forms of energy.

We move our energy,

Our attention to these things and they blossom and bloom.

They get larger,

All consuming.

They're present until they ultimately become you.

Not opening yourself to possibility in every moment is a sign of constriction,

Of fear,

Of lack,

Of not enough.

Not seeing all that life has to offer narrows that view until we can only see what we already know.

What's the point?

We need to move beyond our blind spots of awareness.

If we look to our true selves,

The ones that rest beneath all of this,

We know that we are pure and perfect,

Whole and full.

And yes,

Abundant.

Where does the confusion come in?

The lack.

Why feel less when we have so much to be grateful for?

Now just think of three things for which you are grateful for.

Maybe it's your good health.

A relationship.

A smile.

Something you asked for and received.

Something you received after hard work and effort.

Maybe it's a hug or a kind word or a joke shared.

Just think of three things now.

Now keeping our eyes closed,

Take a deep breath in.

Breathe in gratitude.

Breathe out constriction.

Breathe in power.

Exhale fear.

Breathe in where you are in this moment.

Exhale where you were.

Breathe in love.

Exhale loneliness.

Breathe in stillness.

Breathe out condition.

Breathe in silence.

Exhale chatter.

Breathe in uncertainty.

Breathe out certain pain.

Breathe in comfort.

And breathe out discomfort.

Breathe in abundance.

Exhale lack.

Breathe in abundance.

Release constriction.

Breathe in abundance.

Let go of attachment.

And now just breathe.

Just breathe in and breathe out.

And feel the expansion.

Abundance flow.

And grow with each breath you take.

With each exhalation let go of something that's been holding you back.

Just breathe.

When you're feeling less than or simply not in celebration,

Stop.

Take three deep breaths and gently release them.

Release whatever is constricting you and just let it go.

Feel the abundance.

Expansion of the breaths.

Sometimes we're just not aware of how close to abundance we really are.

We are born whole and perfect.

Abundant.

Find moments throughout the day to stop and breathe.

And remind yourself of your abundance.

You are a vessel,

A conduit for unconditional love and light.
