She is an intuitive guide who brings one to their closest friend - prana - the energy of the breath. She has studied with masters of different traditions including tantra, vipassana meditation and ayurveda. Khushi lives in the Garhwal Himalayas, and is an international traveler. She is also the host of the Atha Yoga Podcast. Khushi has a dual Masters in Public Health and Social Work.
