Khushi Malhotra

Khushi is here to bring the ancient teachings back to the wild and weird world of the 21st century. She is an intuitive guide who brings one to their closest friend - prana - the energy of the breath. She has studied with masters of different traditions including tantra, vipassana meditation and ayurveda. Khushi lives in the Garhwal Himalayas, and is an international traveler. She is also the host of the Atha Yoga Podcast. Khushi has a dual Masters in Public Health and Social Work.

This was wonderful! Such a gorgeous way to wake up and be present. This is one of my favorite meditations. The only thing I would change is lowering the volume of the background music so we can hear your voice a little easier. Thanks so much!
