Affirmations are a powerful way to positively impact your subconscious mind while helping to clear the old and outdated beliefs that you have about yourself.
In this meditation,
We'll focus on clearing and strengthening the connection to our throat chakra located at the base of your throat.
Gently close your eyes and start by taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Let your breath start to get a bit deeper and feel the rising and falling of your chest as your body starts to relax more.
Do a quick body scan to let go of any areas where you are holding tension.
Release the wrinkle between your eyebrows.
Let your shoulders drop down.
Soften your jaw and maybe give yourself a little smile.
Let your body get comfortable however it needs as you take a few minutes out of the day to focus on you.
Now as you let your breath start to come back to its original rhythm,
With your eyes still closed,
Take your gaze above your head and see or feel a ball of golden white light about the size of a beach ball glowing brightly above you.
As you inhale,
Imagine a stream of this light flowing into your head and down the center of your body.
You may feel this as a tingling sensation or see the light moving or maybe you just know that it's there.
As you exhale,
Watch the light go back up towards the top of your head and then back down again,
This time stopping to settle into your throat chakra.
As you let the light glow and clear out any negative energy from your throat chakra,
Repeat the following affirmations after me in your head or out loud.
I speak my truth and express myself with ease.
I am honest and authentic about who I am.
I know my voice matters and deserves to be heard.
I speak my truth and express myself with ease.
I am honest and authentic about who I am.
I know my voice matters and deserves to be heard.
I speak my truth and express myself with ease.
I am honest and authentic about who I am.
I know my voice matters and deserves to be heard.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Let these words sink deeply into your body.
I speak my truth and express myself with ease.
I speak my truth and express myself with ease.
I know my voice matters.
Namaste,
Friends.
