Thank you for being here,

Dear soul.

It's Kenneth here.

I am humbled,

Honored,

And privileged for the opportunity to connect and co-create with you in this special moment here and now.

From my heart to yours,

I thank you for your trust.

You and I are here together now for a purpose.

It is no coincidence that you chose to listen now at this present moment,

At this time on your journey of life.

You have attracted this moment because you are in the process of awakening,

Healing,

And expanding consciousness.

Ready to shed layers of old stagnant energy,

Moving into a stronger alignment with your higher purpose.

Shining stronger,

Brighter,

Upgrading your vibrational frequency,

Igniting the spark of divine inspiration,

Wisdom,

And courage within you,

Supporting you in the most empowering way on your journey.

I want to share a story with you about a farmer who found an eagle's egg lying on the ground while he was out walking his regular trail by the mountains,

Looking around for signs of the parents,

But they were nowhere to be seen.

He took the egg with him,

And when he got back to the farm he put it with his chickens,

And the chickens looked after that egg as if it was their own.

Eventually,

The egg hatched,

And the young eagle grew up with all the other chickens,

And whatever they did,

The eagle did too.

Even though he felt a bit different than the rest,

He thought he was a chicken,

Just like them.

Since the chickens could only fly for a short distance,

The eagle also learned to fly a short distance.

He thought that was what he was supposed to do,

And felt he could do.

As a consequence,

That was all he was able to do.

One day the eagle saw a bird flying high above him.

He was very impressed.

Who is that?

He asked the hens around him.

That is the eagle,

The king of the birds,

The hens told him.

He belongs to the sky.

We belong to the earth,

Because we are chickens.

So the eagle lived and died as a chicken,

When in reality he was created for flying and soaring the skies.

And I do wonder what would have happened to that eagle if she had chosen to spread her wings wide,

Utilizing all of her potential,

Using her gifts to float gracefully up in the skies.

If only that eagle would have known who she really was and what she was capable of.

And while you consciously process this story in your own way,

Your unconscious mind has already integrated the deeper,

Empowering meaning within that story in a way that serves you on your journey.

And I want to ask you to relax now in your body and in your mind.

Just notice your feet,

The left,

The right.

Just allow them to drift deeper into relaxation in a safe and natural way.

And by opening your mouth a little bit,

Parting your teeth just a little bit,

Your whole body will start to relax deeper now,

All by itself.

You don't need to think about anything or do anything.

Just be now.

And you can inhale and exhale deeper a couple of times if you want to.

It's up to you.

I want to share some words about this journey before we go deep into meditation.

We live in a time of expansion.

So many processes are happening at many dimensions and aspects of our lives.

We have for a long time lived within the frames of three-dimensional reality,

Stuck in a rather dense and limited way of perceiving ourselves,

Mostly unconsciously.

Our sense of mission has for the most part revolved around survival and living within the walls of how we are told life should be.

Behave well,

Go to school,

Get good grades,

Get a job,

Get a house,

Marry,

Have children,

Work hard,

Retire,

And then leave the physical body.

This way of life may be very rewarding and fulfilling for some,

While others feel the pull that there is something more,

That you are here for a reason larger than yourself.

And you don't need to know what that is.

Still you feel it.

The calling from your heart.

The three-fold flame of love,

Power and wisdom within your heart,

Opening up more and more now.

And experiences from the past that you may have defined as painful,

Maybe they were a part of your plan to evolve and grow as a soul in the human body.

As all seemingly painful experiences hold an extraordinary potential for growth.

And you can tap into that potential if you want to.

Everything happens for you.

And I don't know if you are aware that you are a multidimensional being,

The life force that circulates through all of life is from the same source energy.

You are source energy,

Connected to all that is.

We reincarnate here with a full knowing that we will forget who we are,

And you have done it over and over again through many lifetimes,

Playing out roles and polarities to gather experience.

You chose Mother Earth at this time once again because you have more work to do.

This lifetime is an opportunity to heal and evolve more than ever.

Because now at this time we have as a collective consciousness moved into a new era here on Earth.

Energy has shifted and its effects is felt by all.

However,

Most are not aware of it,

Because they are still clinging to thoughts,

Beliefs,

Attitudes,

Rules that cause suffering.

Some will unconsciously choose to continue life this way,

While some will wake up,

Like you.

We choose the lineage which we are born into.

We choose the lineage that will best serve our purpose for learning,

Healing and expanding in consciousness.

You have chosen this time and your bloodline for the purpose of healing and upgrading your lineage.

And yes,

There are many resources that you can appreciate about your ancestrals,

Many that you are not even aware of.

And there is also a great deal of pain and suffering caused by fear,

Shame and guilt that is unconsciously passed on through generations.

The vibration of these emotions leaks into the subconscious mind of those that come after us.

It affects the DNA and the collective consciousness of our bloodline,

And the collective consciousness of humanity.

Fear is not something that comes from the outside.

It is created internally from thoughts and beliefs produced over and over again,

Creating a strong energetic momentum and thus restructuring the DNA.

And with enough momentum,

It will be passed down to generations.

That is how powerful your thoughts and emotions are.

They can affect generations for decades and even centuries.

The time is now to end this cycle.

We have gone through centuries in a state of deep hypnosis,

Forgetting that we are all one.

The time is now to awaken,

To be the powerful conscious creator you are born to be.

Enough excuses,

Enough limitations.

Enough is enough now.

Simply breathe a bit deeper.

Imagine in your unique creative mind that you are on a beautiful field of grass,

Up in the altitudes,

Surrounded by majestic mountains and an all-embracing blue sky.

Feel the purity of presence,

Knowing that you are one with your surroundings.

The universal wisdom,

Intelligence and consciousness that flows through nature is also flowing through you.

Imagine that by your side in nature,

You are joined by your spirit guide or your power or animal guide or an archangel,

Ascended master or some other being of unconditional love serving as your guide and companion on this journey.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this.

How you experience this is the right way for you,

Allow it to unfold in the way it wants to present itself to you.

It's safe to let go of expectations,

Trusting the process now.

Imagine that you start walking towards the end of the grass field and with every step you notice the support of Mother Earth beneath your feet,

The fullness and richness of the air you breathe and the pure radiance of nature around you.

Knowing that this place is filled with an untouched sense of peace and tranquility.

Imagine as you walk you approach the end of the grass field.

Descend in a downward hill you stop,

Noticing a valley of nearly dead trees,

A forest of trees that once stood tall and full of life.

For some reason,

Now they are barely clinging to life,

Just like the limiting beliefs,

Rules,

Suffering and karmic entanglements from your ancestors,

Desperately clinging to live through you.

Another time has come,

The inevitable circle of life and death,

The circle of change and transformation.

Each of these trees represents specific,

Limiting rules,

Beliefs and behaviors from your ancestors,

Your bloodline.

Your guide helps you now to see the trees for what they are.

And you choose to see and think of them through the lens of love and compassion at this moment.

Knowing these trees are draining their surroundings of life force,

Holding back the birth of new trees.

A soft breeze caresses your face,

Your guide nods,

Signaling that it is time.

Imagine in your creative mind that with the power of your pure loving intention and with the help of the unconditional love from your guide,

In front of you as by magic the dying trees are pulled up by their roots and into the air,

Floating above ground.

And with no roots connected to the earth,

They all naturally wither and die in front of your eyes.

Just allow yourself to feel whatever comes to surface.

All emotions are okay and welcomed.

And you're doing good.

It was a long time coming.

The trees themselves knew this.

The surrounding nature knew it.

It was always part of the plan.

A natural cycle of life transforming and creating space for the new.

When the dust created by the withering trees settles,

Creating a thin layer of dust on the field,

It transforms to golden light.

Transformed into illuminated learning,

Knowledge and wisdom gained through generations from the beginning of time,

Now becoming a resource to the new trees,

Plants and flowers waiting to blossom.

Extracting the learning,

Knowledge and wisdom,

Giving birth to a new era.

Imagine a violet light encircling you.

And around that circle of violet light,

All ancestors of your present lineage appear as little children,

Holding hands,

Full of love,

Wisdom and light,

Smiling at you,

Compassionately acknowledging the path you have chosen now.

They knew this time would come.

That one soul eventually would reincarnate with enough power and awareness to heal and let go of the beliefs and rules that don't have a purpose any longer.

Your ancestors start to radiate a bright golden light from their hearts,

Emanating it to you in the center of the violet light,

Bathing you in this light of their accumulated wisdom,

Creating an orb of gold and violet light around you.

Upgrading now,

The violet light is the transmuter of karmic density.

It is the frequency of forgiveness,

Compassion and mercy.

It is the agent of pure love,

Power and wisdom.

The time is now to move into the new era of the Golden Age,

The new world of love,

Peace and unity.

Your guide reminds you that you have chosen this moment on soul level before entering your physical body.

This mission was encoded in your DNA.

It is a part of your soul blueprint to be the Awakener,

To awaken and live as the spiritual light warrior you are born to be.

In your subconscious mind and energy field,

You may be holding on to energetic vows,

Promises or contracts that keep you from connecting to Source and expressing your true Divine Self.

Imagine opening your eyes and all the children around you start to transform to light particles,

Dissolving and becoming one with all that is.

The violet light shrinks into a laser light beam and then travels down into the heart of Mother Earth,

Where it gets magnified and reflected back to the whole surface of Gaia as an offering of divine love to all life on the planet,

Because your healing process affects all life.

Your guide points to where the trees once were and you notice the most beautiful display of trees,

Flowers and plants that by miracle have blossomed.

And their roots grow stronger with each hour and each day,

Co-creating the most radiant energy of peace,

Love and harmony.

Your guide looks into your eyes with pure love,

Thanking you for your bravery,

Your love and your presence here at this time,

Reminding you that you are always connected.

You are much more than you think you are,

Much more powerful than your logical mind can comprehend.

And you can choose to believe now in the miracle of you,

The miracle of life,

The miracle of all that is.

And you are all that is.

And I want to ask you to put your attention on your precious physical body now.

Consciously breathe a bit deeper.

You can smile inside if you want to.

You are a beautiful,

Loving soul in a human body.

Your energy brings a unique flavor to the world.

Trusting yourself.

Trusting life.

And I want to ask you to feel your body now,

Your feet,

Your hands and feel your heart.

You are alive.

You have chosen to be alive here in this now.

Embrace and honor yourself and your choice.

While your body,

Mind,

Heart and soul continues to integrate all these empowering and loving words that I have shared with you.

And prepare yourself to open your eyes soon if you like to.

Take your time.

And if you intend to sleep,

Then you may drift off to the most wonderful and peaceful sleep.

And know that every time you listen to this meditation,

These words and the sound of my voice,

Your subconscious mind will reinforce and compound the words in the most loving way.

Absorb the words.

Radiant light into your heart and exhaling that light from your heart and into your surroundings.
