I think Kenneth has a great skill for creating and curating these subliminal sleep tracks 💪🏻. They flow nicely and casually, and the sound is always calming and levelled, so they don’t keep me awake or distracted from falling asleep. I absolutely love this track. I've listened to it while drifting off to sleep and also just after waking up, as background to my morning stretching and yoga routine. I really appreciate how it moves straight into the affirmations, without a lot of talk beforehand. Perfect for my spirit, and the affirmations are amazing as well. To the point and absolutely spot-on. One of my favorites from Kenneth - and after years of his sessions here (he was the first teacher I followed when I joined Insight Timer years ago), this track is rapidly becoming a daily habit. 😊
