I thank you for being here,

Dear soul.

I'm Kenneth and I am truly honored,

Privileged and grateful that you chose me as your guide today.

From my heart to yours,

Thank you.

First I want to ask you to open your arms and hands like you are going to give a warm embrace to someone you love.

By doing this,

You are opening up your heart.

Opening up to more of that abundant life energy that you are a part of.

You can even smile if you want to.

Now take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

Inhale that life energy into your body.

Hold your breath now.

Imagine every cell lighting up,

Celebrating,

Laughing,

Dancing and enjoying themselves.

And exhale slowly.

You can smile with your eyes,

Your mouth,

Your heart and your feet.

You can do more of that deep breathing now by yourself while I'm talking,

You're listening and just flowing into this experience.

And imagine that the empowering and loving words that I share now are your words.

That they are your reality and only that which is for the higher good will be absorbed and reinforced by your body,

Your mind,

Heart and spirit.

Every fiber of your being are now preparing to activate and align to higher consciousness.

Sometimes people don't agree with me,

So what?

I have my path,

They have theirs.

And I choose to fully accept that obvious reality.

I am asking because I know that that is the key to receiving.

Like a drop of the ocean that contains the entire ocean.

I am an expression of love.
