Fill Yourself Up With Golden, Sparkly Liquid Love Light

Whether you're feeling a little depleted or you want to make sure you start your day out at your best, this meditation invites you to pause and fill yourself up with golden sparkly liquid love-light. This energy is available to all of us always, but we are forgetful humans so let's set aside some time to intentionally fill ourselves up and maybe even share the healing energy with the rest of the world.

Hello, Beautiful being. It's time to sparkle you up. Are you ready? Get into whatever position you want to be in for this meditation, Sitting, Lying down. Whatever floats your boat is absolutely perfect. Start by just arriving. Settle into your posture, Settle into your body, Settle into the space. Just allow yourself to drop into your body. Drop into presence. Feel yourself connected with the ground beneath you. Feel yourself supported by the ground beneath you. Now let's fill you up with golden sparkly love light. Allow it to pour into you. Feeling this light fill up your feet. Fill up every individual toe, The whole bottom of your foot. Filling up to the top of your foot, Up to your ankles. Feeling up to your Achilles tendons, Through your lower legs, Your calves, And your shins. All the way up to your knees, Feeling the warmth of this liquid light as it fills you up. And allow that light to start creeping up over your knees, Into your upper legs, Your quads, And your hamstrings. Feeling every single inch. And finally reaching all the way up to your hips, So your entire lower body is filled with golden sparkly liquid love light. Feel that light filling up to your belly button. Allow it to fill up to your chest. Feel that light spread up to your armpits. Feel it spread up to your shoulders. Feel it flow from your shoulders down to your elbows. From your elbows to your wrists. From your wrists through your hands out to your thumbs, And then out to every single finger one at a time. So now that light is through your legs, Your torso, Your arms out to your fingertips. Now allow that light to travel up through your neck to your chin. Feel it creep up to your mouth, Up to your nose. Up to your eyes. And then all the way to the top of your head, Feeling the warmth, Feeling the sparkle of that light as it fills up your whole body. We're going to keep filling up with that sparkly golden liquid love light so that it oozes out of you so that it fills up your aura with golden sparkly liquid love light. So now as the light fills you up, Feel that light radiate a few feet away from your body. So your whole body is filled with light and that light extends out beyond your physical vessel. Because this light is sparkly, It's got bubbles in it. Like it's effervescent like champagne, And those bubbles are constantly going up and down your body, Up and down through your whole aura. And as those bubbles go through every part of your body and every part of your energy, They bring healing energy to every inch of you. Let those bubbles do their work. Just bask in the energy of that healing of the light, Of the love. And if you feel like you really, Truly want to give the extra to the world, We're going to do that. And if you feel like today, You need to bask in all of that healing energy and you need to take care of you, Then that's what you do right now. You let that energy work its magic on you. You receive the love and the light. And if today you feel like you have extra to give and you are completely filled up beyond your physical body to a few feet beyond your body, And you've got energy that's just itching to give, Then let's send some of that sparkly golden liquid love light out to the world. Maybe you send it out through your fingertips. Maybe you send it out through your feet and send it into the earth. And maybe the earth dispenses it into every being that walks on the earth. Maybe you send it out through your heart and it goes straight up to the sky and sprinkles down on all who need it. Maybe you send it out through your belly. It's just like a fireball that's magnetically drawn to those who need it most right now. However you share it is perfect. And if today isn't a sharing day, That is also perfect. And when you feel complete, Not depleted, When you feel full and sparkly and absolutely positively filled up with love and light, Then slowly start to come back to the present. Staying in that light, Wiggling your fingers, Wiggling your toes, Maybe circling your wrists and your ankles. May you remember that you are light. May you remember that your soul is light. May you remember that your energy is sacred. And may you remember that you are filled with magic.
