For this meditation,
You are going to lie on your back and you can either put your legs up the wall or knees bent,
Feet flat on the floor,
Or just lie straight out in corpse pose.
And then you are going to take your hands and tuck in your two middle fingers,
Extend your thumb,
Forefinger and pinky finger.
So we're making the ASL sign for I love you.
And you are going to put one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.
Don't think too hard about this.
Put your hands wherever they are comfortable.
And allow yourself to arrive.
Allow yourself to melt into the space.
You are exactly where you're supposed to be.
You have nowhere else to go,
Nothing else to do.
Be right here,
Right now.
Allow your body to settle in to the space.
Feeling your butt get heavy as it sinks into the ground beneath you.
Feeling your shoulders get heavy as they melt into the ground beneath you.
Feeling your spine get heavy as it melts into the ground beneath you.
Feeling the heaviness of your head as you melt into place right here,
Right now.
And we're going to start with may I be love.

Allow yourself to drink that in.
Allow those words to sink into your body.
