Hello!
Welcome to this womb clearing meditation.
So if you are unfamiliar with the practice of womb clearing,
Womb connection,
This is it just in a nutshell.
But basically what we'll be doing is we're going to be relaxing the body,
Letting the external world fall away and then we'll turn inward to really connect with our womb space.
And once we've connected to that space,
We're going to do a clearing.
So we may be clearing out stagnant energy,
Maybe energy from old partners,
We may be clearing away any emotional pain or attachments that we have there,
Just clearing away any of the mental,
Physical or emotional gunk that we may have surrounding our womb space or within our womb space.
After we do that clearing,
Then we will take a little bit of time to do some reconnection and some healing and just work,
Energy work within the womb space.
Just staying at that womb nice and healthy and ready for maybe welcoming in a baby or just potentially just connecting with that space that we've been disconnected from for so long.
So the first step is to get comfortable for this practice.
So whatever that means for you,
It could be seated,
You could lie down on your back and bend your knees,
Anything that feels good to you,
Go ahead and do that.
And settle in,
Do any last little wiggles or movements that you need.
And then once you've settled in,
Just bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel that natural rhythm of breath moving in and out of your body,
Letting it be completely relaxed and effortless.
So let that breath be free flowing and abundant.
And just continue to breathe,
But as you do,
Take a mental scan of the body.
You can begin at the tips of the toes and slowly making your way up,
Noticing any areas that may be calling your attention or that may be a little bit tense or needing some extra TLC.
When you come across those areas,
Let them soften on each and every exhale that you take.
Just continuing to scan through your body,
Breathing,
And on every exhale softening just a little bit more.
Every breath cycle your body becomes a bit more relaxed,
Almost like it's melting,
Like a piece of ice underneath the sun.
Just taking a few final moments to finish up that body scan.
Then once you're done scanning,
Just return to that natural breath,
Letting the entire body relax a little bit more with every exhale.
With each breath,
The external world begins to fall away,
The body rests,
The senses begin to shut down,
And you turn inward.
And now let your awareness fall on your womb space,
Connecting with the womb,
Your uterus,
Whatever word you like to use.
Just take a moment to connect with it,
Take inventory of it.
Try your best not to overthink it,
But when you think about this space,
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
How do you feel when you connect with this space?
Just make note of what's happening here in this space right now.
And now physically checking in with this womb space,
Notice anything that needs to be cleared.
So maybe there is still leftover energy from old partners.
Maybe it kind of looks like or feels like an abandoned house.
Maybe there's dust or cobwebs.
Maybe there is scar tissue there from past surgeries or pregnancies or anything.
Don't second guess yourself,
Don't overthink it,
But just connect with this space and ask yourself what needs to be cleared here.
And then visualize a silver ball of light right in the center of your womb space,
Like a tiny,
Sparkling,
Twinkling moon.
And continue to breathe,
Connecting with this silver light,
This silver ball,
Letting it shine in all directions.
And this light,
Its energy feels pleasant and cooling,
Feels clearing.
As you visualize this light shining,
Let it shine into every little part of your womb space,
Beginning to clear out whatever it is that you're ready to clear.
You can visualize this light washing away anything that needs to be cleared.
Or maybe it's swept up.
Maybe the light just kind of shines and burns away whatever's there.
Again,
Don't second guess it,
Don't overthink it.
But just intuitively,
However it feels right to you,
Watch this silver,
Sparkling light clear whatever it is that needs to be cleared from this womb space as you breathe deeply and watch it happen.
And just continuing to clear whatever else needs to be cleared,
Letting that light shine brighter.
With every breath,
With every passing moment,
More is cleared out.
This can be physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Anything that you want to be cleared,
This silver,
Sparkling light will take care of it for you.
Just taking a last moment or two to finish up this clearing.
Watching any of that gunk or debris or anything.
On your next breath out,
It's completely gone.
And now watch the silver light turn to gold.
There's now a gold ball of light energy in your womb space.
It's sparkling,
It's twinkling,
It feels so loving and warm and nourishing.
And now see this golden light shine all directions into every little nook and cranny of your womb space.
And as this light shines,
It brings health and vitality and healing and love to the womb.
You can visualize your uterine lining becoming strong and healthy,
That deep nourishing red.
You can watch any little scars or anything here in this space that you want healed.
This golden light will take care of it for you.
This gold light comes in and nourishes.
It fills up your womb space with everything that it will need in order to conceive and carry your baby or babies.
And this gold light fills your womb with love and gratitude.
Just so much love and nurturing health and healing happening right now as you sit and you breathe and you visualize this gold light shining and permeating into your womb space.
Just continuing with this visualization,
Letting that golden light bring even more warmth and comfort nourishment and healing into your womb.
Taking one last final moment here and then watching that golden light just disappear.
Taking some time now just to sit and be with your womb space.
Sending it your gratitude,
Sending it your love,
Honoring this space within you that was created and designed to build and hold life.
Just let yourself sit and be with this space in love.
And then taking one final moment of gratitude for this womb space,
For what it can and will do for you.
And taking a few big deep easy breaths,
Journeying out of that womb space and returning to the present moment right now.
And then closing your meditation in any way that intuitively feels good to you.
