Just begin by getting comfortable.
Maybe you move and wiggle a little bit to settle in.
Releasing the jaw.
Softening the brow.
Maybe even opening your mouth slightly so you can feel that opening in your throat.
Bringing yourself into this present moment by just taking a few big,
Deep,
Easy breaths.
Allowing that inhale to really nourish you and that exhale to truly soften and relax you.
And letting your breath become smooth and effortless.
And just taking a moment to honor your journey.
Your path.
You're writing your own story.
And it's unique to you.
There's no need to compare or to judge or to be hard on that story.
It's beautifully unique.

And just tell yourself three times,

Now focusing on the darkness behind your eyes.
Imagining that a dark screen comes down behind your eyes.
Almost like a screen in a movie theater.
The screen comes down.
You're sitting there looking at it.
And you begin to see a highlights reel.
So you see the moments,
The significant moments that have brought you to where you are today.
There's ups and downs.
Decisions that you made.
Pivotal moments where you said yes and your life went in one direction.
Pivotal moments where you said no and maybe you went in a different direction.
Taking time just to sit and watch this highlights reel of all of those things that have happened in your past.
That continued you forward on your journey.
Bringing you to where you are right now,
Today.
Taking a few more moments,
Watching these highlights,
Noticing that you're getting closer and closer to present day.
As you watch this highlights reel unfold.
And now you bring yourself right to that moment.
Maybe it's yesterday,
Maybe it was an hour ago.
And you just experience gratitude and honor those things that have happened in your past that have led you here today.
And now seeing and feeling yourself in this present moment.
This very second right here.
Send love to the person that you are today.
Send respect to the place that you are today.
And just cherish this very moment.
Knowing deep down that you are right where you are supposed to be.
It may not necessarily be where you imagined you would be.
But there's a reason you're here.
