Welcome.
I'll begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
Sitting up nice and tall.
Feeling the base of your spine on the ground or a bolster or a block.
Ready,
Go ahead and take your palms face down on your thighs to begin.
Close your eyes down.
Begin to bring your awareness inward.
Notice your breath.
Trace the inhales as they flow in through your nose,
Down the back of your throat,
Filling up your lungs.
Then trace your exhales as they leave the lungs,
Flow up the back of your throat and out of your nose.
Follow this breath in and out.
Noticing the subtle differences between your inhales and exhales.
Maybe noticing how the breath feels cooler as it comes in and warmer as it leaves the nostrils.
Notice where you feel the breath coming into your body and your lungs the most.
Do you feel it mostly in your chest,
Belly,
Shoulders or somewhere else?
Just observing with non-judgmental awareness.
Then begin to invite the breath in intentionally.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Drawing the breath down deep into your low belly,
Your low back,
Your pelvic bowl,
Filling that entire space up like a balloon expanding.
As you exhale,
Just letting the low belly and low back soften as the breath gently releases.
Inhaling,
Expanding the low belly and back.
Exhaling,
Letting everything soften.
Going through that a few more times on your own.
Using this deep belly breathing to activate your vagus nerve,
Activating your rest and digest system.
Allowing all of the essential functions of the body to begin to operate optimally.
So the body is calm and you can hear your intuition more clearly.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now with this subtle awareness on your body and your breath,
I want you to call into your mind something that you already know is a yes in your life.
Something that has already happened or currently is that you know is a yes.
That can be a person in your life,
A situation,
A career,
An experience.
Call to mind anything in your life that you know is a yes and feel it in your body.
How does it feel in your body?
Where do you feel that yes?
Is it an expansive feeling?
Open,
Relaxed,
Excited,
Calm.
Take a moment here,
Visualize that yes and feel it in your body.
Take a slow breath in and a slow breath out.
Slowly breathing in and out of your nose.
I now want you to begin to call to mind something that you know is a no in your life.
Again,
This can be something that has happened or currently is.
It can be a person,
An experience,
A situation,
A career,
Anything.
But call to mind something that you already know for a fact is a big no for you.
Visualize whatever it is in your mind's eye.
And then notice where you feel it in your body and how does it feel?
Does it feel like tension,
Contraction,
Pain,
A not?
Take a moment and visualize that no and feel it in your body.
Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
Place one hand over your heart,
The other hand on top of that hand.
Take a few deep breaths into your palms.
Be connecting with your heart space,
Hearing your heartbeat,
Feeling it.
Taking a moment of gratitude for this intuition,
This inner knowing that you always have access to.
Ask your intuition to guide you.
And know that all you need to do at any given moment is to get quiet,
Breathe,
Connect with your body and listen.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
Namaste.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.
