Welcome to your throat chakra balancing meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable seat.
Sit up tall with a long spine and place your hands over your throat.
Take a deep inhale,
Filling your belly all the way.
Exhale,
Go.
Two more.
Deep breath in.
In.
Last time,
Biggest one yet.
Big breath in.
In.
Find a natural breath.
Place your palms face up on your thighs and make a chin mudra,
The mudra of universal consciousness.
By tucking the tip of your index finger under the tip of your thumb and then gently extending the other three fingers outward.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness inward to your throat,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
And your mouth.
Visualize here a bright sky blue orb spinning around and around.
This is vishuddha,
Your throat chakra,
Your fifth chakra,
And the first of the ethereal upper chakras.
Notice this bright sky blue orb spinning around.
Notice the pace at which it is spinning.
Is it fast?
Is it slow?
Or is it at a moderate pace?
See if you can begin to actually feel the energy of that chakra swirling around and around within you.
Repeat to yourself the affirmation.
I speak my authentic truth with confidence,
Clarity,
And compassion.
Again,
I speak my authentic truth with confidence,
Clarity,
And compassion.
Continue repeating that to yourself or even out loud eight more times.
I speak my authentic truth with confidence,
Clarity,
And compassion.
As you continue repeating this mantra,
Imagine your throat chakra opening.
Imagine all blockages releasing and dissipating.
Feel your inner power becoming stronger and more pure.
I speak my authentic truth with confidence,
Clarity,
And compassion.
Last time,
I spoke my authentic truth with confidence,
Clarity,
And compassion.
Last time,
I speak my authentic truth with confidence,
Clarity,
And compassion.
Take a deep inhale.
Fill the lungs all the way.
Open mouth exhale.
Inhale to chant the bija seed sound mantra of the throat chakra,
Haam,
H-A-M.
As you chant haam,
Feel your throat coming into complete balance.
Inhale to fill up.
Haam.
Bring your palms together in front of your lips.
May your speech be authentic,
Pure,
And full of love.
Namaste.
Namaste.
