Welcome to your meditation for intuition and clarity.
Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Sit or lie down in a position that feels natural and comfortable.
Rest your hands gently on your lap or alongside your body.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Allowing yourself to drop into this present moment.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Holding it for a moment at the top,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Visualize your breath as a golden thread connecting you to the earth below and the sky above.
Feel the solid ground beneath you,
Anchoring you in the present moment.
Now gently shift your attention inward.
Notice the rhythm of your breathing,
The rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
Say to yourself,
I am here,
I am open,
I am listening.
I am here.
I am open.
I am listening.
Now bring your awareness to the center of your forehead,
Your third eye,
The seat of your intuition,
And imagine a soft light glowing in the center of your forehead.
With each inhale,
Visualize this light growing brighter and clearer.
With each exhale,
Release doubt and hesitation.
Repeat to yourself,
I trust the wisdom within me.
My intuition is my guide.
I trust the wisdom within me.
My intuition is my guide.
In your mind,
Now pose a question or set an intention for clarity.
Perhaps it's something you seek guidance on or a general desire for understanding.
Imagine placing this question or intention into a still,
Clear pool of water.
See the ripples fade as the water becomes calm and reflective.
Trust that answers will come in their own time.
Now begin to envision yourself walking along a path bathed in soft light.
Along this path,
Notice how everything around you feels harmonious and aligned.
With each step,
Affirm to yourself,
I walk with clarity.
I see with clarity.
My path is illuminated.
I walk with clarity.
I see with clarity.
My path is illuminated.
Take a deep breath in.
Stay in stillness for a few moments,
Allowing images,
Feelings,
Or subtle thoughts to surface.
Do not judge or analyze them.
Simply observe and let them flow.
If nothing arises,
Trust that your intuition is working silently beneath the surface and answers will come in divine timing.
Whenever you feel ready,
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes gently,
Grounding yourself in your physical body.
Slowly open your eyes and come back.
Now if you'd like,
You can take a moment to reflect on how you feel.
If any insights or impressions came to you,
Take out your journal or a notebook and jot them down to revisit later.
Trust that clarity and intuition will continue to unfold in the hours or days ahead.
And you can take the following affirmation with you.
I trust the wisdom of my intuition.
Clarity is always available to me when I pause and listen.
Namaste.
