Kell Julliard has practiced meditation in a variety of traditions since his early twenties. He has taught mindfulness, compassion, and insight meditation for the Tergar Meditation Community, at a variety of centers in the eastern United States, and to hundreds of health professionals in New York City and Boston. He served as director of clinical research at a large health system in Brooklyn for many years and has published four peer-reviewed research papers in medical journals on meditation training for those working in health care.
