This guided open presence meditation will last five minutes.

As you sit,

Allow your spine to be comfortably straight and your body to be relaxed and at ease.

See if you can get in touch with the intention that this meditation will be of benefit to both you and others.

Take a breath in through your nose and release it easily through your mouth with a sigh.

Let your mind be natural and as relaxed as possible.

Don't try to block thoughts or feelings or sensations.

Let them simply arise and pass as they will.

Just know that you are aware here in this present moment.

Let them rise in the sky and then dissolve.

There is no need to push them away or to follow them.

Simply notice that they arise and pass away within the larger space of awareness itself.
