Hello and welcome to this week's intermissions meditation coming into calm coming into the present moment with intention and today our intention is attracting success in our lives and that can mean many different things so whatever that means to you that's in relationships if that's in self-care that you are successful at fulfilling your goals to take care of yourself and it can also mean in work and professional endeavors so taking a moment to set your intention and breathing into that clearing all of the space in your mind and focusing on the bright color orange allowing that warmth to fill your body giving yourself a strong sense of success filling each corner each cell of your body with bright orange light spreading it all over the outside of your body coating every inch every finger and every toe with warm orange light bringing in your intention what success looks like for you imagining the word success in orange lettering out in front of you and feeling this warmth this orange light spreading and encompassing everything around you seeing your success grow sharing this with others connecting with this feeling through the color orange inside all around you everywhere feeling the full embodiment of the idea of success sitting in this space holding your clarity on this idea stay with it as long as you can fully respecting its power fully absorbing this bright light into every cell of your body ringing the idea of success internally and what is the result of your success feeling that joy feeling pride for what you accomplished on your own feeling success in collaboration with others and simplicity and consistency seeing the idea of success in front of you and behind you you have this in your future in your past in this present moment stay with the feeling that you've created here continue to visualize the color orange create for yourself a powerful vision that you can bring to mind each day each moment that you need help envision this orange beautiful warm light allow it to fill your heart and your body and to ease your anxiety allow it to guide your decisions in the moments that you need it most move with ease and confidence knowing that success is available to you if you believe in yourself and believe what you are doing will bring you success let it be true first allowing the possibility and then seeing it be true open up to this opportunity for yourself you can do this you can see success every day you can reach out for what you need to accomplish your goals it's there for you it's available to you surrounding once again with the bright warm orange light remaining peaceful and playful in this energy and allowing it to come to you move with your breath coming back staying with the feeling that you've created today and carry it forth with you I wish you many successes in your life namaste
