I Am affirmations.
You can do this meditation sitting up or lying down.
The idea here is that sometimes we need permission and maybe it's just from ourselves to clear the way for an actual affirmation to take hold.
By saying I can first for the affirmation,
Then it allows you space to consider that as an option.
Then take a breath and repeat it as I am really taking this affirmation into your heart,
Into your body,
Into your space and letting it grow.
As you repeat the affirmations,
Feel free to whisper it out loud,
Say it in your heart or scream it if you can.
Let's get started.
