Hello and welcome.
I'm Katie Coleman.
I'm here to offer a safe space,
A new space,
Transformational space.
In this meditation we'll practice some affirmations,
Statements of truth,
Allowing for expansion and learning,
Inviting change.
We'll repeat the affirmations twice.
First in an I can statement,
Giving permission,
Clearing the way for this affirmation to be true for you.
We will breathe deeply between all affirmations,
Letting them sink deep,
Letting them land in your reality.
And then we say the affirmation again in the I am version,
Going deeper,
Speaking it into your reality.
You can repeat these affirmations silently to yourself.
You can speak them out loud and you can scream it if you feel it.
Beginning in the breath,
If it feels right,
Ground your feet on the floor,
Connecting to your earth.
If it feels right,
Placing your hand on your belly,
On your chest,
Wherever it feels right,
Right now.
Inviting you to connect to your source,
To yourself,
To your truth,
And to your body in this moment.
And with the breath,
We enter a safe space,
Breathing with intention,
Feeling the waves of allowance and release,
Breathing in the clear blue sky,
Landing in the soft green earth,
Fully present in this moment with your breath and your truth.
And we begin.
I can be a source of light for my community.
I am a source of light for my community.
I can be ready to let go and learn.
I am ready to let go and learn.
I can respect all and take action.
I respect all and take action to change.
I respect all and take action to change.
I respect all and take action to change.
I can accept my mistakes and find opportunity for growth.

I can keep this momentum and I can give back.
I am keeping this momentum and I am giving back.
Sitting in this sensation,
Feeling into this moment as long as you can.
Keep the momentum.
Let go and learn.
We create this new world together.
We are blessed.
We are evolving.
We are at peace,

In this new reality.
