Hello and welcome to this connection meditation.

Connection to source,

Connection,

Soul to soul.

Reaching out,

Reaching in.

Center your hands in your heart space coming into prayer position.

Connecting the base of your palms as they're joined to each other,

Joining to your heart center.

Connecting with your breath,

Feeling your chest expand and contract through your hands.

One more deep breath.

Breathing out with a deep sigh.

Feeling that connection growing in security with yourself and your soul.

Now we expand,

Feeling deep love and gratitude for yourself,

Your source,

Your soul.

Expand the love out,

Opening your hands,

Opening to possibilities,

Centering and opening to connection.

Reaching out and bringing in.

You are limitless.

You are expansive.

You are not alone.

We are connected through your heart,

Through your source and through your soul.

Bringing your hands out,

Turning the palms in whatever position they're in that feels right to face each other somewhere around your heart center.

If it feels right,

Move your arms,

Move your hands around,

Maintaining connection with your heart center and your two palms.

Expanding your energetic connection with yourself outward.

Growing big,

Raising your hands,

Encompassing all with safety and grounding and connection.

Bringing your hands slowly back.

Open your heart,

Bringing the hands down to your lap,

Opening up and resting.

Sitting with this stillness,

This open connection and love and sacred community.

Coming back.

Coming back and remaining connected.

Stay with yourself and stay with your connection.

Bringing your palms together,

Cupping your palms,

Holding your connection in the palms of your hands,

Bringing them to your heart center.

Tuck your chin,

Bow your head in gratitude and love for this deep connection,

This oneness with all.

You are expansive outward and within.
