Transcript

Lie down on the floor with your heels out away from your hips where it's comfortable.

Toes extended out and away.

Arms relaxed at your side.

Bring awareness to the bottoms of your heels,

Your calves,

Your glutes,

Your hands,

Forearms,

Shoulder blades,

And your head.

Feel the contact point with the surface below,

With the gravity of Earth magnetically pulling you down.

With your awareness,

Watch the pull.

Exhale into the pull,

Down into the Earth.

Inhale to feel the contact point.

Exhale down,

Awareness of the pulling,

The releasing.

This does not include your effort or control or manipulation,

Only your awareness.

Bring awareness now five feet into the Earth.

Exhale five feet like water moving through the pores of the soil and the rock.

Exhale down five feet.

And as it gets harder,

The clay and the shale and the bedrock,

As we go down 10,

15 feet,

20 feet,

Imagine that this pulling,

This magnetic force naturally arising,

Becomes real,

Becomes you,

Inhabiting down below you 10,

15,

Now 20 feet,

25 feet.

On the exhale,

You travel into the Earth,

The soil,

The roots,

The rocks,

The minerals,

The gems,

40 feet,

50 feet,

100 feet,

Into the pressure,

Into the heat of the Earth.

And the only stratifying pressure is that magnetic pull,

200,

300 feet,

Travel down 1,

000 feet,

Taller than many buildings on the planet,

Into the Earth,

A mile into the Earth.

Notice the reaction in your body and continue to travel on the exhale.

Touch into the body and then go down.

Into the body and go down.

Into the body and go down.

Two miles,

Five miles,

10 miles,

100 miles,

1,

000 miles,

Beyond the physical recognition and the realness of the heat,

Unconditioned space,

Filled with love,

Filled with awareness,

Presence,

Experience of now,

This moment.

Rest here as long as you'd like.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a full breath into your chest,

Diaphragm,

And belly.

Open mouth,

Exhale.

Extend your arms overhead.

Deeply stretch.

Roll to one side.

Bend your knees.

Gently press up to a seat.

Place one hand on your heart,

One on your belly.

Full breath into your belly,

Diaphragm,

Upper chest.

Open mouth,

Exhale.

Set an intention for moving through the rest of your day,

Aligned with your energy that you cultivate in the present right here.
