Seed of Life Symbol Meditation - Wash with Vital Life Force

Use the seed of life sacred symbol to enliven your meditation. This practice expands your intuition and washes you with vital life force energy to rejuvenate your creativity and ability to move forward. In this lying down meditation you will move the symbol as spheres and energetic pairs of the seed of life petals. The somatic energies guided through the symbol will awaken your natural ways of learning as one or a combination of visually, audibly, kinesthetically, and/or tracking cognitively. Lie down comfortably on the earth inside of your home on a soft surface. Support your knees and the back of your head. Preferably your knees are up six inches. They can be hovering off of the ground. Arms are comfortable at your sides. And relax into your body, Into the felt sense of being here in this moment. The body breathes. And what is the shape of the body? As the body breathes, Does it move up and down, Out and in, Pulling the inhale into the fullness of the chest and the low belly, Pulling the exhale out naturally. Natural in, Easy out. Find a gentle sigh here on the next exhale, Releasing it out. And do two more like that. Surrender to the sound, To the feeling of the sigh. Let the whole body now, With the energy and being in silence, Sigh the energy of the whole body into the earth, Exhaling down. Track your awareness if it's focused and in the body, Sensations in the present, Or if it's wandering. Welcome your thoughts and energy to this moment, This single activity, In this single moment. All of your feelings, Your thoughts, And all of your bodily sensation right here, All of your physical presence in this single moment, Single activity. Bring awareness to the center of your chest, Your energetic heart, And picture a seat of life hovering just right above your energetic heart. The seat of life looks like six circles on the outside, One circle in the middle, Creating a beautiful flower with six petals, One pointed up, One pointed down, And two pairs like wings, One diagonal up, One pair of wings up, And one pair of wings down in this seat of life symbol. Stretching out from the petals up and down are these circles at the center of the petal, Connects to the center of a circle. And start to see these circles spinning, Creating spheres of energy in different shapes to create flowers around the center of your energetic heart. With your intuition, Open the seat of life to expand beyond your body to the size that you can picture that six-petaled flower and the six outer circles and the one inner circle together. Do you see any color? What do the edges of the symbol and shapes look like? Are they smooth, Fuzzy? Do they have a shimmer? Or are they darker or lighter tone of feeling and visual light? What do they look like and what do they feel like? Do they feel comfortable? Does it feel scary because it's new? Welcome whatever is felt here and expand your awareness to all of your energy and all of your breath with the seat of life. As you breathe in, You expand your awareness. As you breathe out, You let the seat of life come inside of your body. Breathing in, It expands to your aura, The outer energy, Five to 15 feet away from you. As you breathe out, Continue to notice this symbol washing your energy inside and out. Let it glide across the legs, The arms, The lower body and upper body now together. Does it travel from above you to below you? Does it travel from your feet to your crown? How does it move to wash your energy outside and inside? As it washes your energy, Go at the pace that's right for you. You can go a breath at a time to different parts of the body, Feeling somatically what it's like to have the seat of life in your energy. This sacred symbol is about the origin of life. As it washes your energy, It creates a symmetrical connection of cells in your body to the present moment, Synchronized between pairs, Knowing your relationship with your body and your feelings in this present moment is a pairing with others that are also contemplating or meditating inside of their body right now. So picturing a pair of somebody right now, Anywhere in the world, That's contemplating or meditating with you and you are a pair. As the seat of life washes, You witness how you are meditating with another, Contemplating with another right now. As you picture their energy field offer them appreciation for their practice as well as your practice at the same time. Place a hand on your heart and a hand down on the earth. So the palm is flat on the earth. So one hand on your heart, One hand flat on the earth. Bring another pair of the earth and the earth's energy into the seat of life. And with the earth is the sun, The sun from your heart, The earth from your palm on the earth. The connection of fire, The connection of solid soil and rock, Stability, Infinite energy from these two sources as we surrender to this pair, A pair meditating and a pair energetically in the earth and sun. And the final pair of the six pairs of the seat of life is the cosmos above, The spiritual aspect of your experience and then the human experience connected, The spiritual and the human connected to these pairs of appreciation for being here of the earth and sun. Open to the vitality and energy of these pairs. Feel that seat of life now wash over you with the pairs in igniting, Enlivening the spheres of the seat of life and the flower between them as the energies come together and support your being. What is connected in your experience? What do the pairs do to your body? What do you hear? What do you feel? What do you see? Are there colors or shapes as this energy moves through you? Your body breathes. Stay connected to your body in the present. Be with the movement of breath and the movement of the pairs in the seat of life. Set an intention here for this moment. How can you be of the highest service in this life, In this moment? How can you be of the highest service in this life, In this moment? Bring your seat of life to stop right at the center of your energetic heart where it began. Place that intention at the center of the flower, At the center of the seat of life, These three pairs, The six petals. Imagine the light at the center of your heart and the seat of life. Fold the petals in like petals of a lotus flower. Available to you at any time at the center of your heart is your intention. Release your hands and let your body relax into a breath. Pulling the breath in to the chest and the belly. Pulling the breath out. No force, No judgment. Single moment right here, This activity of breathing in and breathing out. Thank yourself for this practice of washing your energy, Bringing you new life force, New vitality. Say to yourself, I am grateful to have new life force and vitality in my being.
