Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down.
This meditation is for you.
If you've been feeling caught up recently,
And all of your to do lists and everything going on around you.
This is your time to come back into yourself and to release everything that is grabbing your energy and pulling you away from your center.
Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose for a count of three,
Two,
Three,
And out through your nose on a count of three,
Two,
Three.
Let it all go.
Want you to imagine that the earth is coming up to meet your body and is supporting you completely.
As you come into yourself,
Take notice of everything that has been drawing your attention away.
Make a quick mental note of it and prepare to set it aside.
Let it be and know that it will be there when you need to come back to it.
Now visualize a white or golden light coming up through the earth,
Up into your body,
Through your sacrum,
Up along your spine,
And coming up through the crown of your head.
It then washes down around you and creates a bubble of light around you.
This light energy that surrounds you,
Encapsulates you,
And lets you have a moment of solitude.
Feel its energy.
And hold stability,
Love,
Health.
Feel it come up and around you.
Notice the change in the physical sensation of your body.
You are safe here.
You have nothing to do.
You're at peace.
And naturally allowing quiet breaths to come in and out.
Sit here for a few breaths.
Know that you are safe here.
Know that you can always call on your breath to bring you into the present moment and that you can always call on light energy to heal you and to protect you.
You are a sovereign being.
You are a powerful being.
And every time you come back to this energy,
You gain confidence,
You gain mindfulness,
And you gain peace.
This healing sensation of coming into yourself is always available to you.
Look into your power and relax.
Everything is okay.
