This 10 minute meditation begins by inviting you to relax into the present moment with a couple of deep breaths. We then explore your awareness of each of your 5 senses: touching, hearing, tasting, smelling, & seeing. We conclude with awareness of your inner vision–where you see yourself in this lifetime–and invite all of this awareness into the rest of your day.
