This meditation was channeled and brought through in service to you connecting to the divinity that you are,
To really feeling yourself beyond the confines of your body,
Which may be having its own human experience right now.
So again,
Get somewhere comfortable where you can just simply receive this frequency no matter what state you're in.
You can play it as many times as you need to and just allow yourself to receive some messages from love.
This is love speaking.
It's nice to see you.
It's nice to feel you even though you are probably not feeling too hot right now.
I know you're not feeling too hot right now.
So let me just do my thing and allow you to just receive me.
You're probably already lying down,
Maybe unable to move,
But can you feel my presence even now?
Can you feel me gently,
Softly entering your room?
How am I presencing myself for you?
What are you noticing upon my arrival?
I'm here for you and only you right now,
Coming to visit you in your time of need,
Coming to remind you of how much more you are than this body that you are in that is right now fighting and cleansing and purging and upgrading.
I'm reminding you of your soul,
Of your spirit,
Of your connection to all that is.
You are the stars.
You are the moon.
You are the trees and the ocean.
You are the raindrops and the fog and the mist that kisses the cheeks of people who are up early,
Early enough to get your kisses.
You are the birds.
You are the sun.
The sun that awakens.
The sun that feeds.
The sun that loves.
You are the ground,
The dirt,
The soil.
You are the bugs that eat it.
You are the creatures and animals that eat them.
Breathe because you are this body too.
You are my voice.
You are the breeze.
Every bit of you intertwined with all that is in existence.
You are the waterfalls,
The snowy owl.
You are the elk and the grizzly bear and the red fox coming out to play.
You are the rainbow and the shadow,
The snowfall.
You are a child's giggle,
An exclamation,
A scream.
You are laughter.
You are sorrow,
Tears,
Big salty ones.
You are moans and cries and screams of anger.
You're the inhale and the exhale.
You are everything.
A crystal.
A lichen that lives on top of it.
Or moss,
The kind that only gets little fractals of sunlight that hits the forest floor through the treetops.
But you are them too.
Tallest reaching branches and the deepest roots.
You are the bark and the wood and the leaf.
Breathe and also despair.
You are a warm hug.
You are crisp winter air.
You are hot cider and the fire burning in the wood stove.
You are life and you are everything in between.
In this moment,
Remember that you are all things.
You are me.
Can you feel me?
Where in this body can you feel me now?
Where do you want to feel me?
Where do you want me to go?
Breathe me in.
Let me visit the places in you that hurt the most.
Let me take it away,
Leaving only my trace.
Breathe and you can have me for as long as you need me because I am you too.
Breathe.
