Good evening beautiful,
I'm so grateful you're here with me right now.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Let the day fall away.
Let the day fall away like leaves from a tree,
Releasing one by one with each breath you take.
Settle deeper into your bed now,
And feel your body soften.
Let the blankets hold you as if they were arms of the earth itself.
Sink,
Soften,
Surrender.
Now imagine that through your slightly open window,
The night wind has entered quietly,
Gracefully,
Carrying with it a sacred invitation.
This is no ordinary breeze,
This is the wind's embrace,
Here to soothe,
To carry,
To clear.
Feel it gently brush your cheek.
Not cold,
Not warm,
Just perfectly comforting,
Like a memory from long ago that brings peace without needing words.
With each slow inhale,
The wind swirls softly around you,
Lifting what no longer belongs.
Old worries,
Heavy thoughts,
Tension that hides in the muscles,
All taken by the wind.
It knows what to carry,
And it knows what to leave behind.
Now picture yourself lying in a wide open field.
The night sky is overhead,
Painted with stars,
And the wind flows like a river over that tall grass and around your body.
Each gust is a lullaby,
Each swirl is a cleansing,
Each hush a holy pause.
You feel lighter now,
As if parts of you are gently rising.
Now the wind grows even softer,
A whispering current that moves through your chest,
Down your arms,
Through your belly,
And all the way to the soles of your feet.
It whispers,
Let go,
Feel the last bits of tension leave through your exhale,
And notice the mind becoming quieter.
The wind stays close,
Now more like breath than breeze,
Circling you gently,
Singing you to sleep with invisible arms.
Tonight,
You are held by something vast and unseen,
By love without words,
By stillness,
By the wind's embrace.
Let it carry you into the quiet corners of deep rest,
Where nothing is missing,
Where all is well,
And where your soul can simply be.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
