
Stress Relief Sleep Meditation
Close your eyes gently, as you lay your head down, the day has come to an end. Soften your face slowly, and feel yourself melt, into sleep, it’s time to descend. The hurricane of thoughts, that swirls around your head, worrying and stressing so much. Watch it from afar, and release from its grip, surrender to the night’s healing touch. There’s nothing you can do, with the worries in your mind, all they are causing is stress. So breathe them all out, and just be here now, relief is yours.
