I am safe to rest now,
I've done enough for today,
I allow myself to slow down and receive this quiet,
There is peace in me that no one can touch.
Every breath reminds me that I am alive and I am whole,
I release all demands to be anything other than who I am.
My body is enough,
My heart is enough,
I welcome softness into every part of me,
It is safe to exhale,
It is safe to let go,
I am not broken,
I am growing,
I am learning,
I am expanding,
There is nothing I need to fix right now,
My worth is not measured by how much I do,
I am allowed to simply be,
I am a sacred part of this life,
I belong here exactly as I am,
My wholeness is never lost,
Only hidden,
And now I remember.
Each breath brings me back to center,
Of the world to slip from my shoulders,
I trust in the unfolding,
Everything I need is already inside of me,
