Hello and welcome,

I'm really grateful you're here with me right now.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to relax,

Following your breath in and out,

In and out.

As you release,

Relax with every breath.

There are moments in our lives when questions rise like waves.

Should I?

Shouldn't I?

What's right for me?

And when it comes to decisions about your body,

Especially this one,

The noise can be deafening.

So many options,

So many voices,

So much fear tangled inside the question.

But the answer that you seek will never be found in the noise.

It lives right here,

Quiet and steady inside of you.

So take a slow,

Full breath in,

And exhale softly through your mouth.

Let yourself land here,

In your body,

In your breath,

In the sanctuary of your own wisdom.

In this moment,

There is no decision to make,

Only softening,

Only listening.

Breathe and feel your body.

The rise and fall of your chest,

The steady rhythm of your breath,

The quiet pulse of life moving through you.

Your body is wise.

She has carried you through every season.

She knows what she needs.

She speaks in whispers,

Not shouts.

And right now,

She's asking for you to trust.

Let your breath deepen,

And let your mind grow still.

Imagine placing every opinion,

Every article,

Every conversation,

Every worry into a small basket in front of you.

You can return to them later if you choose,

But for now,

Set them down.

Feel how light you become when you no longer carry the weight of everyone else's truth.

Now rest your attention on your heart,

And imagine breathing from this space.

Each inhale,

Expanding gently,

Each exhale,

Softening.

This is where your knowing lives,

Not in the mind,

But in this quiet,

Intuitive rhythm.

If your body could speak right now,

She might not give you an answer.

She might simply say,

Stay with me,

Be gentle with me,

Listen to me.

The decision will come,

But not through force.

It will arrive through peace,

Through the calm that rises when you align with yourself.

So breathe here,

And feel yourself at home in your body again.

Let the tension melt away from your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your jaw.

You are not at war with your body.

You are in conversation with her,

And she will always tell you the truth when you are still enough to listen.

Let your peace show you the way.

When the time comes to decide,

You will know.

It won't feel like fear,

It will feel like relief,

Like alignment.

You can trust yourself,
