Let your eyes close, and gently bring your attention to your breath. Let it slow you down, letting it go a little deeper with every inhale, and a little longer with every exhale. Feel your body relaxing, as each exhale melts you a little further into comfort. Let your mind clear, as each cycle of breathing, brings you deeper and deeper into yourself. Like waves upon the shore, coming in, and going out, one with the land, one with its shape.
