The fireflies all gathering and buzzing,
And feel the energy slowly build.

Breathe slowly and deeply,
And feel the oxygen fill you up.
Now exhale slowly and fully,
And feel your body relax and soften.
Keep your attention here on your breath,
And let it pull you into this moment right here.
Be here now,
And notice those fireflies slowly fly away,
One by one,
Out of your mind,
And into the air around you,
Disappearing into the blue horizon.
Now,
Let every inhale open up more space in your mind,
And every exhale fan the wings of another firefly flying far,
Far away from you.

Breathe in space,
Breathe out thoughts,
Breathe in calm,
Breathe out emotions.
