The day has come to an end, and now, it’s your time to float into rest, to drift far away from the thoughts and worries of the world, and be carried into a place of deep, gentle sleep. Close your eyes now, and feel the support of the bed beneath you, allowing your body to sink into comfort. Take a long, slow breath in, and as you exhale, feel the release begin. Take another breath, and this time, imagine the air lifting you ever so slightly, as though a soft, invisible wind is carrying you upward.

Hello and welcome.

I'm so grateful you're here with me tonight.

The day has come to an end,

And now it's your time to float into rest,

To drift far away from the thoughts and the worries of the world,

And be carried into a place of deep,

Gentle sleep.

Close your eyes now,

And feel the support of the bed beneath you,

Allowing your body to sink into comfort.

Take a long,

Slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel the release.

Take another breath,

And this time imagine the air lifting you ever so slightly,

As though a soft,

Invisible wind is carrying you upward.

Now imagine a beautiful,

Soft cloud forming just above you.

It's light,

Fluffy,

Gently swirling in the air,

Waiting to carry you into the night.

With each breath,

Feel yourself growing lighter,

Your body becoming weightless as the cloud lowers itself to meet you.

As it touches you,

Feel your entire body relax.

The cloud lifts you up effortlessly,

Cradling you like a gentle breeze,

Carrying you higher into the sky.

You are floating now,

Held by the softness of the cloud,

Gently rising above the world.

Look down and see the land below growing smaller.

The day's worries fading into the distance.

All that's left is the quiet hum of the night,

And the stars twinkling in the sky above.

As you float higher,

Feel the cloud wrap around you,

Soft,

Cool,

And comforting.

Each breath you take is lighter,

More free,

You are completely supported and at ease.

Now imagine the cloud drifting slowly through the night,

The cool air brushing softly against your skin.

There is nothing to hold onto,

Nothing to carry with you,

Only this feeling of floating,

Weightless,

Effortless,

Peaceful.

You feel the cloud move gently with the rhythm of the wind.

Swaying ever so softly,

As it carries you deeper into the sky,

And deeper into calm.

The stars above you shine brightly,

Their light soft and soothing,

Guiding you into a state of total relaxation.

Your body is growing lighter still,

As though all the tension and heaviness are being carried away by the breeze.

Your mind is quiet,

Your thoughts are growing softer as the cloud gently rocks you to sleep.

You are drifting now,

Free from the weight of the day,

You are free from all worries and concerns.

With each breath,

You are carried deeper into the night,

Into a place of calm,

Where only peace exists.

Feel the cloud beneath you,

Soft and steady,

Holding you as you float further into rest.

Let the cloud carry you wherever it needs to,

Through the stars,

Through the endless night,

Until you are deeply asleep.

You are drifting,

You are floating,

And sleep simply comes to you.

The cloud will hold you all night,

Carrying you through the sky,

As you sleep soundly and rest deeply.

You are held by the softness of the cloud,

You are free to rest,

Free to dream.

Namaste,

Beautiful.
