Relax your whole body and breathe in slow and deep,

Let relaxation spread and lead you to sleep.

While your body lets go and your mind sails free,

You are ready for what's next,

Oh so happily.

So breathe in once more and feel grateful inside for the peace spreading through you and this time to unwind.

Now,

Sometimes we are filled with nagging self-doubt.

We don't honor our worth or know what it's about,

So it's time to connect with that deep part of you where self-doubt is buried and you want to get through.

Let your shoulders release and your mind let go.

Bring your awareness to your heart to heal energy that won't flow.

Take a minute and feel your heart rhythm beating,

The more you attend to it,

The more you hear what it's speaking.

Now imagine your heart under lock and key,

It wants you to open it and let it beat free.

When your heart has a lock,

It can hide secret feelings,

The kind you may avoid,

But they can change with healing.

So imagine a wand filled with pure white light that passes over the heart and heals with insight.

Imagine that you can see all those old hurts,

They're transforming from the light and then move in reverse,

So instead of causing pain that you don't want to face,

They now build up your strength and fill you with grace.

After healing your heart,

The wand moves to your mind,

Where thoughts of self-doubt originate and impact you over time.

And across your forehead,

With the first pass of the wand,

All those thoughts dissolve,

They are completely gone.

The second pass stops right at the third eye,

Healing you deeply,

Both out and inside.

The wand pulls the dark thoughts out of you and the air,

Changing them to light,

Making them disappear.

Then the wand passes over both of your ears and transforms the negative words that you might hear.

The last pass the wand makes is at the chakra of your crown,

Where it clears a pathway for energy before it sets down,

And the wand rests on the bed just for a minute,

Then dissolves into mist.

Its work here is finished,

And the work of the wand on your heart and your mind is intriguing to think about,

Because they're both entwined.

So take care of the words you say to yourself,

And breathe in calmness,

You're cleansed of self-doubt,

With the heart and mind at peace,

You know you can rest,

Let your body sink into your bed,

And know that you are blessed.
