Allow yourself to settle and connect with your breath. Find the slow, rhythmic cadence as you sink deeper into relaxation. Feel the serenity in each breath cycle, noting how the pattern soothes your body. Experience the calmness flowing through your body. Notice the calm sensation in your fingers, the soles of your feet, and every muscle. Embrace the calm sensations spreading up your limbs. Let it encompass your entire body as you breathe with it. Feel the serene stillness in the curves of your being. As you breathe in, gather pieces of anxiety, wandering thoughts, and emotions. Then, with each exhale, release them, feeling lighter and softer.
