These are the words I pray when anxiety clouds hover and threaten to ruin my day.
I imagine those clouds rolling by,
Leaving droplets in their wake.
Or sometimes I stand tall while rain falls hard upon my face.
All is well within me.

It feels just like a dream.
When my stomach churns and knots from stresses my mind is playing,
I say these words and feel the light embody the words I'm saying.
Soft and slow,
From head to toe,
Dissolve and release rivers of peace.

Everything will be okay.
I am whole and full of love.
Let peace fill me today.
I look around and tune into my senses that bring me here.
When I come into the present,
Everything becomes so clear.
All the tasks and the shoulds,
All the toilings of daily life,
Slowly fade into the background.
Now I can see with clear eyes.
Soft and slow,
From head to toe,
Dissolve and release rivers of peace.
All is well within me.
This life is one big game.
I am light and so I shine.
