Close your eyes and take a deep breath in…and as you exhale, feel your body begin to soften. Release the tension in your shoulders, allow your chest to rise and fall gently with each breath. Your body is ready for rest, your mind is ready to release the day. Feel your feet grow heavy, your legs sink deeper into the bed, and your hips relax into stillness. With each breath, your body becomes lighter, as all tension gently dissolves.

Hello and welcome,

I'm so thankful you're here right now.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel your body soften.

Release any tension in your shoulders,

And notice your chest rise and fall gently with each breath.

Breathe and relax,

I release the worries of today.

I allow myself to let go.

My mind is quiet,

My body is calm.

I welcome peace into my heart.

I trust that everything is exactly as it should be.

I release the need to control every outcome.

I am safe,

I am at ease.

I am free from overthinking.

I have all the answers I need inside of me.

I trust that tomorrow will bring clarity.

I allow my thoughts to fade away.

I am ready for deep,

Restorative sleep.

I release the tension in my mind and my body.

I trust that everything will be okay,

That everything is already okay.

I let go of the day and embrace peace.

I trust that I am safe and supported.

I am free to rest now,

Free to sleep deeply.

I release all the thoughts that have weighed me down.

I am calm,

I am at ease.

My mind slows as I release each thought.

I trust that sleep will restore and heal me.

I am free to let go of today's worries.

I release my overthinking and allow my mind to rest.

I am safe to relax completely.

I release the need to solve anything right now.

I am calm,

I am loved,

I am at peace.
